Micronutrient levels in food can be measured with a high degree of accuracy using well established techniques such as atomic absorption spectroscopy, a standard method used in universities and commercial laboratories around the world. Most commercial strawberries are now grown using a hydroponic method. There was no consumer backlash. No flavor crisis.
